Open More → Retirement Gap Pro → Restore purchase while signed into the Apple Account used to buy it. Retirement Gap Pro is a one-time non-consumable, not a subscription.

Back up or move a plan

Pro users can open More → Export & backup → Create local backup. The JSON file is readable and not password protected; store it somewhere private. Retirement Gap validates a selected backup, summarizes its contents, and asks for confirmation before replacing the current local plan.

Projection looks unexpected

Check the active scenario’s retirement age, typical monthly contribution, real annual return, withdrawal rate, spending goal, and other expected income. Read the calculation method. Retirement Gap shows scenarios, not guarantees.

Refunds and purchase problems

Apple processes purchases and refunds. Use Report a Problem for billing or refund requests.
